  • What equipment do you have?
    My travel gym consists of a variety of modalities that ensure a total body workout, including: -Resistance bands of various types -Slam Balls -Jump Box -Stability Ball -Myofascial tools -Variety of dumbbell weights -Variety of kettlebell weights -TRX -Multifunctional bench - Bosu Ball
  • How far do you travel for training sessions?
    I travel within a 20-25 miles radius of Yarmouth, ME
  • Do I have to be a member at Health Coaches @ Stevens Square to book personal training with you?
    No! You can be a non-member and book personal training with me and have access to the facility during our sessions. However, you will not have access to the facility outside of your personal training time.
  • Is there a way to use the Health Coaches facility without a membership?
    Yes! Health Coaches has punch passes available for purchase to access the fitness center, classes, turf, and indoor pool, outside of your personal training sessions! Call the front desk for more details, 207-699-4604!
  • What do your 1 on 1 Private Personal Training include?
    -60 Minute 1 on 1 Session at your home! -We can use your equipment or my portable gym. -Get a specific program designed for your pace and goals -Results Tracking and Active Goal Adjusting based on progress -Coaching on correct exercise form -Nutrition Coaching
